I’m Carol Nelson Williams, a counsellor with over 25 years of experience helping people overcome life's challenges and to find their inner strength.
My approach to counselling is centred on empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow, heal, and thrive, and my role is to facilitate that process by creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

I use evidence-based therapies, and design your treatment plan to fit your individual needs and goals.
I also believe in the power of self-care, and encourage our clients to practice self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-acceptance as part of the healing process. I provide practical tools and resources to help you cope with stress, regulate your emotions, and improve your overall well-being.
